Delta T cooking, 1/2 power,
power optimisation connection
By gradually raising the temperature in the cabinet
until the cooking process ends and maintaining
a constant differential to the current core
temperature, the meat is cooked more slowly.
Delta = difference between core temperature and
cooking cabinet temperature.
The difference between the core temperature and the
cooking cabinet temperature gives the Delta temperature.

The power consumption of the heating elements in
electric appliances is cut by 50% (e.g. Model
10 x 1/1 GN from 18 kW to 9 kW).
Can be selected for any cooking medium.
