PeratIon check
After carrying out electrical and hydraulic con-
nections and prior to fastening the tub in place,
perform an operation check by following the
instructions below:
Move the tub far enough away from the wall to
be able to see all hydraulic fixtures.
- Close the contact of the omnipolar switch for
the electrical system by placing the lever in
position I.
- Check that the LED of the 0/I button comes on
red as specified in the chapter on the operation
of the whirlpool systems.
- Fill the tub up to a level which is 5 cm above
the nozzle;
- Check that there are no water leaks from the
tube system.
- Check the colours of the various LED's as shown
in the chapter on the operation of the whirlpool
systems.
- Check proper operation of jets and of the
water/air mixture.
- Check once again that there are no leaks from
the tube system.

An in-circuit test is performed on all cards pro-
duced. It is checked that all installed components
have the value defined by the electrical diagram,
and that the micro-controller interprets the input
signals and activates the outputs as per specifica-
tions.
To make troubleshooting easier, for each output
signal, a green LED status indicator is provided on
the printed circuit (if the LED is on it means the
function is active).
More specifically, a LED is matched to each of
these outputs:
1)
Relay AUx N
(Ref. silk-screening DL1)
2)
Relay AUx L
(Ref. silk-screening DL2)
3)
Bumping pump relay
