FEEDBACK DISPLAY
HEART RATE
Shown as Beats-per-Minute. You can monitor your Heart Rate at any time
during a workout by using a Heart Rate Chest Strap or gripping the Heart
Rate Sensors on the front handlebar.
AVG HEART RATE
Displays percentage of maximum heart rate.
ELEVATION
Shown as percentage of incline,
Elevation is visible in the left-hand
L E D w i n d o w. Indicates how steeply
inclined the running surface is, to
simulate walking/running on a hill.
SPEED
Shown as MPH or KPH, Speed is
visible in the right-hand LED
w i n d o w. Indicates how fast the
running surface is moving, to
simulate outdoor walking/running.
