10.4 Removing the Program Group

FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN 7170 – 10 Removing the FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN
If the "FRITZ!Box" program group is installed on a computer
and you would like to remove it, perform an uninstallation
using the Windows Control Panel.
Removing the Program Group in Windows XP
Proceed as follows to remove the "FRITZ!Box" program group
in Windows XP:
1. Open "start / Control Panel / Add or Remove Pro-
grams". Make sure that the "Change or Remove Pro-
grams" button is selected in the column at left.
2. Select the "AVM FRITZ!Box" entry from the list of "Cur-
rently installed programs".
3. Click the "Change/Remove" button.
This completes uninstallation of the program group.
Removing the Program Group in Windows 2000
Proceed as follows to remove the "FRITZ!Box" program group
in Windows 2000:
1. Open "Start / Settings / Control Panel / Add/Remove
Programs". Make sure that the "Change or Remove Pro-
grams" button is selected in the column at left.
2. Select the "AVM FRITZ!Box" entry from the list of "Cur-
rently installed programs".
3. Click the "Change/Remove" button.
This completes uninstallation of the program group.
