The DOWNLOAD button does not
function
▶
Symptom
The firmware is
not updated even
after pressing the
DOWNLOAD button.
The lamps in the
front side start to
light up in turn.
▶
Cause
Internet connection cannot be
established.
The download link URL of the
firmware is not correct.
Use of the DOWNLOAD button
is not permitted.
The latest version of the firmware
is used.
The firmware is being written to
the non-volatile memory (normal
operation).
Remedy
Check whether the setting for Internet
connection has been configured. Troubleshoot
according to the explanation of "Q3 Internet
connection cannot be established" (page 144).
In the "Basic configuration page", click
"Advanced settings" - "Execute revision up",
and specify "URL to download" correctly.
In the "Basic configuration page", click
"Advanced settings" - "Configure DOWNLOAD
button", and change the setting to permit
upgrading.
Use as it is.
Wait a while. Do not disconnect the cable
or power off.
