Adjustment Procedure
1. Adjust so that stop-motion hook
disc at the stop-motion position.
2. Perform adjustments so that the clearance between the end surface
of lifting lever and the adjusting screw
tighten nut .
Adjustment Procedure
1. Adjust so that stop-motion hook
disc at the stop-motion position.
2. Install button clamp lifting rod
and washer in the numerical sequence as shown in the figure.
3. After confirming that the stop-motion is set fully, bring the jaw of the
machine arm into close contact with the top surface of washer
leaving no play. Then, firmly tighten screw

Results of Improper Adjustment
o If the adjustment value is too large,
the moving knife will overrun. As
a result, the thread separating
claw may come into contact with
the counter knife or yoke slide,
resulting in breakage of the thread
separating claw, counter knife and
yoke slide.
