    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE KETTLE FOR THE FIRST TIME  Fill the kettle to the Max point, boil, discard the water, then rinse the kettle. Do this three times, to remove manufacturing dust, and other impurities. POSITIONING  Place the kettle stand on a stable, level surface. Ensure that the cable is positioned so that it does not hang over the surface edge where it can be hooked or tripped over by persons walking past.
