Is this an active RJ45 LAN port?

Note: If both the RJ45 LAN and 1000BASE-X fiber ports are connected to your network, LinkRunner Duo will try to
link to the RJ45 LAN port first. If link has been established over fiber and you connect also to the RJ45 LAN port, no
change in link will occur.
