F. Fitting and removing the lid
• Once the cutting accessory (blade, disc) has been fitted, place
the lid directly on the bowl(s). Press on the front and the back of
the bowl to lock the lid in place.

• To unlock the lid, press the release buttons on either side of the
lid interlock. Lift to remove the lid.
note: The bowl lid adjusts, secures and locks onto the XL bowl
with or without the preparation bowl in place.

the crescent-moon pusher
• Insert the crescent-moon pusher in the feed tube making sure
the metal rod is touching the locking system of the work bowl
lid. If these do not touch, the motor will not operate.
• To remove the pusher, simply lift and remove.
• The locking system of the crescent-moon pusher, located on
the handle, ensures that you lock the system when you pull on
the locking element. Pressing the locking element will unlock it
(resetting the motor).

Thanks to a snug-fit system, the drip feed pusher fits into the
crescent-moon pusher so that you can process ingredients of all
sizes. It has a drip-feed system that lets you add liquids during
preparation (e.g.: oil for mayonnaise).
