The following table lists the related tasks on connecting IPDU units and managing power.

To daisy-chain Cyclades IPDUs to the console server:
This procedure assumes that you have one Cyclades PM IPDU connected to a serial port on the
console server.
1.
Connect one end of a UTP cable with RJ-45 connectors to the OUT port of the IPDU
connected to the serial port on the console server.
2.
Connect the other end of the cable to the IN port of the next Cyclades IPDU.
3.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have connected the desired number of Cyclades IPDUs.
