INSTALLATION
DETERMINE THE POSITION OF THE GATE BRACKET
The gate bracket MUST be installed in an area that can withstand heavy forces.
Additional reinforcement steel plates may be necessary for mounting.

Position a level on the post bracket and measure 35-1/2 inches over from the
center hole of the post bracket and mark the location on the gate.

Measure 2-1/4 inches down from the previous mark and center the bracket on
this mark. Tack weld the gate bracket in this position.
NOTE: While the gate is in the fully open position, the operator needs a clearance of
10-1/4 inches as shown.
WELD THE BRACKETS

Position the operator on the brackets and make sure the operator is level and
positioned correctly on the gate.

Remove the operator from the gate.

Completely weld around the post bracket and gate bracket.
NOTE: Brackets may need additional reinforcement by welding flat stock as shown.
