Answering system operation
Message capacity
The answering system can record up to 99 messages. Each message can be up to four minutes in
length. The total storage capacity for the announcement, messages and memos is approximately
15 minutes. Messages will remain available for replay until they are deleted.
Press to delete current message playing (see
page 31). When idle, press and hold to bring
up menu to delete all old messages (see
page 32).
Press to repeat a
message or press twice
to play back previous
messages (see page
31).
Shows the status and
number of messages

Press to record a memo

announcement on the
answering system (see
page 30).
Press to set the clock
