Reset Circuit

Reset signal is generated when the power is turned on. The reset circuit initializes the CPU ( IC1 & IC11 ), the ASIC ( IC3 & IC6
) and the USB Chip. Approximately 100~800 msec after turning on the power, pin4 of IC10 goes high.
