DANGER: Risk of system damage due to short-circuits!
▶ Cover the hazardous locations before checking for
leaks.
▶ Never spray or let leak detection agent drip onto
cable entries, plugs or electrical cables/leads.

Disconnect the boiler and its gas shutoff valve from the gas supply pipe
system if that system is subjected to pressure tests in which the testing
pressure exceeds ½ psi.
If the gas supply piping system is subjected to pressure tests in which
the testing pressure is ½ psi or less, it is sufficient to isolate the boiler
from the gas supply piping system by closing the relevant shutoff valve.
▶ Test the boiler and gas supply connections for leaks before
commissioning ( page 32).
Use only sealant that is resistant to corrosion by LPG for pipe
connections. The sealant must be applied sparingly to the external
thread of the pipe connections.

6.11.2 Installation at high altitudes

The boiler is designed for installation at altitudes below 2000 feet above
sea level. If it is to be installed at altitudes higher than 2000 feet, it can
be modified accordingly. Refer to sections 7.11 to 7.14 for CO
adjustment.
Contact Buderus if the installation site is at a high
altitude. Adjust the boiler only as specified in the
relevant technical documentation and use the adjusting
procedure approved by Buderus.
