The rules in the Smart Dialing policy group are obsolete in BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 5.0 and later.
Instead, consider configuring the Restrict Incoming Cellular Calls rule and Restrict Outgoing Cellular Calls rule in the Firewall
policy group.

Description
This rule specifies whether smart dialing for VoIP calls is available on a BlackBerry® device.

The default setting is Yes.
Usage
This rule is obsolete in BlackBerry® Enterprise Server versions 4.1 SP4 and later and BlackBerry® Device Software versions 4.0.2
and later. Instead, consider configuring the Restrict Incoming Cellular Calls rule and Restrict Outgoing Cellular Calls rule in the
