Range of transmit power: -8.2dBm~0.5dBm, receive sensitivity:

There are two indictors on SC-1XGL-XFP panel, their functions are
described in Table 10.

On: A link is established on the interface
Off: This interface is not connected to others.
Flash: Packets are being transmitted or received
on the interface.
