Physical Layout Line In: Connect to tape/CD/DVD Player, or other audio sources for output mixing and/or recording. MIC In: Connect to a microphone. Line Out: Connect to a headphone or a speaker. In 4-channel, 6-channel, and 8-channnel configuration, the function of this port becomes Front Speaker Out.
