3.1

Security functions

Supporting multiple address table, static and dynamic table items, address filtering,
port address restriction, automatic learning, CPU learning, and learning prohibition.
Supporting 802.1x authentication, port MAC binding, port separation, user
hierarchical management and password protection.
Supporting broadcast, multicast and unicast packet suppression.
Supporting standard 802.1Q and port-based VLAN. Supporting GVRP, STP, MSTP,
RSTP and supporting VLAN stacking.

Supporting L2 protocols

Supporting IGMP Snooping, DHCP.
Supporting STP, RSTP and MSTP. Supporting hybrid networking of the above
mentioned protocols.
Supporting IEEE802.3ad LACP, supporting LACP (802.3AD).cross-device is
implemented in case of stacking.
IEEE802.1x user authentication.
Supporting standard Ethernet protocol suites of IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3u,
IEEE802.3z, IEEE802.3ab, IEEE802.3ad, and IEEE802.3x etc.
Supporting MAC address binding and port separation.

Service functions

MDI/MDIX self-twisted cable: getting rid of the complexity of cable type
distinguishing in practice and reducing workload of network installation and
maintenance.
Port mirroring: supporting ingression mirroring and egression mirroring. Cross-
device can be implemented for mirroring source and destination in case of Flow
control: half-duplex supports counter pressure. Full duplex supports 802.3x.
