During a call

Answering a second call

You are in conversation with a caller and you hear a beep*: this means that another caller is
attempting to call you. You can answer the second caller without terminating the call in
progress.

Switching from one correspondent to another

To switch from one correspondent to another:

To release one of the parties (the correspondent with whom you are talking):

Setting-up a conference call

If you want to talk with each of the two parties at the same time (this feature is provided if you
have initiated the last call).

The first correspondent is placed on hold.
You can hold a conversation with the second correspondent.
- Press the

You can converse alternatively with each of the correspondents,
but they cannot converse with each other.
- Press the

You recover the correspondent who was on hold.
- Press the
keys,
A three-way conference call is set up between you and the two
parties.
If one of them hangs up, you remain on-line with the other.
* Depending on the features provided by your system operator
keys in succession.
