Transferring a call

Suppose you want to transfer a call to another extension.

Calling a second correspondent

Suppose you are talking to one correspondent and you want to talk to a second correspondent,
whether inside or external to the organization.
You want to recover the distant correspondent (the second
extension doesn't ring).
1 - Press the
