( *1) SV3C valve leakage check procedure

1.
Remove SV3C coil and start a trial operation.
2.
During operation, check the temperature at secondary side of SV3C valve (A).
If the temperature is high (equivalent to discharge temperature), leakage from SV3C valve is
considered. Replace SV3C valve.
