Play your announcement

Press MENU when the handset is not in use.

press SELECT.
Press SELECT again to select Announcement.

Options during playback:

Press VOL

Press 5 or OFF to stop playback.
•
• Press to switch between the handset
speakerphone and the handset earpiece.
• Press DELETE to delete the current announcement.
The handset displays Annc. Deleted. The system
announces, "Announcement deleted."
When your announcement is deleted, calls are answered with the
preset announcement.
to scroll to Answering sys, then
to scroll to Play annc, then

or VOL
to adjust the announcement playback volume.
