Telephone base layout
/REPEAT
• Press once to repeat the playing
message (page 72).
• Press twice to play the previous
message (page 72).
X/DELETE
• Press to delete the playing message
(page 72).
• Press twice to delete all previously
reviewed messages when idle
(page 74).
/SKIP
• Press to skip to the next message
during message playback (page 72).
/PLAY/STOP
• Press to play messages (page 72).
• Press to stop message playback
(page 72).
IN USE light
• On when the phone is in use or the
answering system is answering an
incoming call.
• On when a device is being registered.
• Flashes when devices are being
deregistered.
• Flashes when another telephone on
the same line is in use.
SLOW
• Press to slow down the message
playback (page 72).
