Meaning
The remote fax machine
you want to poll is not
ready to respond to your
poll.
Remote party doesn't
have the requested
feature such as polling.
The remote fax doesn't
answer.
A power failure occured.
The user pressed the
Stop button during
transmission.
You have tried to select a
group location where
only a single location
number can be used.
The one-touch or speed
dial location you tried to
use has no number
assigned to it.
When operator is doing
in Add/Cancel operation
and there is no job to
handle when operator
entered the job no.
Solution
The remote operator should know
in advance that you are polling
and have their fax unit loaded
with the original document.
Confirm the features of the
remote party's machine.
Try again. If failure persists, wait
an hour or so for the line to clear,
and try again.
If there are documents stored in
memory, a Power Failure Report
will be printed automatically when
the power is restored.
IF necessary, try again the
operation.
Group Location Feature is not
available.
Dial the number manually with
the keypad, or assign a number.
Or, assign the number to a one-
touch or speed dial button and try
again.
Make sure that there is any job to
handle with the Add/Cancel
operation.
