Suggestions for Rack Installation
1. Switch off power to the EP-616 before installing the system.
2. Connect the Inter-M ECS-616 to the MATRIX CONNECTOR (2) on the rear panel.
3. Connect the PRE OUT jack (12) to the input of your main amplifier.
4. Connect audio output of your auto broadcasting system to the AUTO ANN INPUT jack (11), and the DC 24V
input jack of your auto broadcasting system to the DC 24V terminal jack (5) of the EP-616.
5. Connect the output jack of the Inter-M PW-642 to the TIMER INPUT jack (10).
6. Connect the output of your remote pre-amp to the REMOTE INPUT jacks (9) and the pre-amp of the main
broadcasting system to the PRE-AMP INPUT jack (8).
7. If using a remote mic, connect the microphone and switch to the rear panel REMOTE MIC TERMINAL (3) and
REMOTE MIC SWITCH (4).
