With the Stopwatch feature, you can measure the amount of time elapsed from the time the
Rider 50 is activated and deactivated. You can switch between two modes: Countdown and
Timer. Countdown is used to notify you when a set amount of time has passed. Timer is used
to measure how long something takes.

1. Press the Menu

Stopwatch.

navigator to select Countdown.
2. Set the countdown time, and highlight

3. To start the countdown, move the 5-way
navigator left/right to highlight
