    INSTALLING THE CHIMNEY Follow chimney manufacturer’s instructions for proper installation. Be sure the chimney is equipped with the corresponding anchor plate for attachment to the fireplace. Whenever possible, the chimney should take a straight vertical path to the roof. If a bend is required, use only one angled section with a maximum of two elbows.
