Using Accessories

Fitting the 4-inch/5-inch Electronic Viewfinder

You can fit the optional DXF-51/51CE (5-inch)/DXF-
41/41CE (4-inch) Electronic Viewfinder. To fit, the
following parts are required.

How to fit
Remove the cover of the grip and attach the shoe and
stopper screw (accessory shoe kit).

Fitting to a Tripod

First fit the VCT-U14 Tripod Adaptor to the tripod,
then mount the camcorder on the tripod adaptor.

Slide the camcorder
forward along the slot, until
it clicks firmly into place.

Removal
Note
After removing the camcorder, if the tripod adaptor pin
has not returned to its original position, hold down the
red button and move the lever in the direction of the
arrow to return the pin to its original position. It is not
possible to mount a camcorder with the pin left out.
