    ON-OFF SWITCH The On-Off switch has a locking feature. THIS FEATURE IS INTEN-DED TO HELP PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED AND POSSIBLY HAZARDOUS USE BY CHILDREN AND OTHERS. 1.To turn machine "ON", insert key into switch. NOTE: Key is made of yellow plastic, located in loose parts bag. 2.

    BASIC OPERATION SANDING CURVED EDGES Always sand inside curves on the idler as shown. Drive drum WARNING: Never attempt to sand the ends of a workpiece on the idler drum. Applying the end of the workpiece to the idler drum could cause the workpiece to fly up and result in an injury.

    MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING 6.Test belt tension by placing fingers on either side or belt and squeeze. There should be about a 1/4" give to the belt. NOTE: Excessive tightness on pulley belt may cause increased noise and over load motor. Excessive looseness on pulley belt may cause belt to fail prematurely.
