USB tips
Improper handling of the USB storage device can cause
problems:
•
When connecting the USB device, make sure to plug the
device in smoothly.
•
Before archiving, make sure there is adequate space on
the USB device for the transfer.
•
Once the USB device is plugged in, wait at least five
seconds before removing the device.
CAUTION:
Do not unplug the USB device during a data transfer.
This can cause the files being transferred to become
corrupted, and may result in data loss.
