INSERTION DU HANDI-MATE JR.®
Placer l'arrière du Handi-Mate Jr.® dans le
caddie.
Tourner en poussant le Handi-Mate Jr.® vers
le haut jusqu'au déclic.
RETIRER LE HANDI-MATE JR.®
Abaisser le Handi-Mate Jr.® hors du caddie.
INSTRUCTIONS D'OPÉRATIONS
ATTENTION
Pièces mobiles ! Pour réduire le risque de blessures,
ne touchez pas la brosse quand l'aspirateur est
allumé. Entrer en contact avec la brosse tandis qu'il
tourne peut couper, meurtrir ou causer d'autres
dommages. Éteindre et débranchez toujours de la
sortie électrique avant l'entretien.
Faites attention en fonctionnant près de enfants.
CROCHET DE CORDON
1. Faire tourner vers le bas le crochet de cordon à
relâche rapide, d'un côté ou de l'autre, pour libérer le
cordon d'alimentation.
MONTAGE DU TUBE
TÉLESCOPIQUE
Glisser le tube télescopique dans le support du
tube. Placer le suceur plat en haut du tuyau
télescopique.

AVERTISSEMENT

Cet aspirateur est nanti d'une fiche polar-
isée (une broche est plus large que l'autre)
pour réduire les risques de choc électrique.

La fiche ne pourra être insérée dans une
prise polarisée que d'une seule façon. Si la
fiche s'insère mal, l'inverser. Si elle ne s'in-
sère toujours pas, faire appel à un élec-
tricien qualifié pour l'installation d'une prise
appropriée. Ne pas changer la fiche de
quelque façon que ce soit.

Disconnect electrical supply before
servicing or cleaning the vacuum
cleaner. Failure to do so could result in
electrical shock or personal injury from
vacuum cleaner suddenly starting.
CLEANING AGITATOR
To clean agitator turn vacuum cleaner
over, cut off any carpet pile and lint
entangled around agitator with a pair of
scissors as shown.
Frequently check and remove hair, string
and lint build-up in the brush area. If
build-up becomes excessive, follow the
steps below.
TO REMOVE BELT
Disconnect power cord from electrical
outlet, and place on paper to protect the
floor surface. Place vacuum cleaner in
the full upright posiiton.
Turn the vacuum cleaner over so the agi-
tator and base plate are facing upward.

Locate the two latches and the two lock-
ing tabs which secure the base plate.
To remove the base plate, press the two
latches inward.
Push in on the locking tabs toward the
center of the vacuum cleaner.
Rotate the base plate away from the noz-
zle housing. The sides of the base plate
need to be pulled slightly outward to clear
the wheels.
The agitator and belt are now exposed.
Carefully remove any residue that may
exist in the belt area.

If the belt is still attached to the motor
shaft, there will be tension on the agitator.
If the belt is not broken, remove it from
the motor shaft before lifting the agitator.
Carefully lift the one end of the agitator
and then lift the other end.
WARNING
Personal Injury Hazard
Be careful when removing the agitator
as the belt tension is high. Failure to
do so could result in personal injury
from the agitator releasing quickly
and snapping away.
