Auto Activation Troubleshooting

REMOTE CONTROL
Read "Remote Control Guide" in this box.
View Help Videos on Channel 131 FiOS® TV.

FiOS ROUTER
Check router is turned on.
Check router coax cable connection to the coax wall outlet.
Confi rm Power, WAN and Internet lights are green.
If not, turn router off, then back on. Now unplug the STB Power Cable
for 15 seconds and plug back in.
If Auto Activation fails, go to Page 8 for manual activation.

TV PICTURE — No picture or blue screen?
Check STB and TV are turned on.
Set TV to Channel 3 or 4, if using coax cable.
With TV's remote, select the correct input channel.
