Auto Activation Troubleshooting

REMOTE CONTROL
• Read "Remote Control Guide" in this box.
• View Help Videos on Channel 131 FiOS® TV.
• Visit verizon.com/usingfi os
FiOS ROUTER
• Check router is turned on.
• Check router coax cable connection to the coax wall outlet.
• Confi rm Power, WAN and Internet lights are green.
If not, turn router off, then back on. Now unplug the STB Power Cable
for 15 seconds and plug back in.
• If Auto Activation fails, go to Page 8 for manual activation.

TV PICTURE — No picture or blue screen?
• Check STB and TV are turned on.
• Set TV to Channel 3 or 4, if using coax cable.
• With TV's remote, select the correct input channel.

DVD players and home theaters.
