Standard Defi nition TV or STB Model #QIP2500
Installation Instructions
1.
Plug the wall coax cable into RF IN on your STB.
2.
Connect the second coax cable to the STB's TV/VCR output and the
TV's Antenna, Cable or A/V input.
3.
Connect the STB's power cord and plug it into the wall.
Activation starts immediately.

NOTE: YOU MAY NEED A SECOND CABLE,
NOT SUPPLIED
POWER CORD
DON'T FORGET: You must complete Auto Activation within 10 business
days of your STB order date.
