Alarm Mail Notification

Contents of the alarm mail:
Alarm Occurred
Alarm Date: xx-xxx-xxxx xx:xx:xx xx:xx (Example: 2007-07-01 10:00)
Alarm Scene: Displays an IP address and an alarm number (Example: 192.168.000.250 (No.1)).
Cause: Displays descriptions of the alarm (Example: Terminal).
Contents of the error mail:
Status Report
Date: xx-xxx-xxxx xx:xx:xx xx:xx (Example: 2007-07-01 10:00)
Scene: Displays an IP address.
Status: Displays descriptions of the trouble/error.

Edit the contents of the mail

It is possible to edit the contents of the mail that notifies of the trouble/event occurrence with the time and date of the
trouble/event occurrence. To edit the alarm mail, do the following.
Edit the contents using text editing software and save in the text format.
Depending on the item (time and date at an event occurrence, cause of alarm, address, etc.) to be displayed, the
characters to be entered will be different. Refer to the following list of characters to be replaced when editing the
contents of the mail. Save the edited mail contents with the file extension ".tmpl".

Command: Alarm triggered by a command alarm

Thermal Error: Thermal error
Fan=x Error: Fan error (x indicates the fan number)
HDD Full: No available disk space (when overwrite
is not permitted)
HDD=x Access Error : HDD error (X indicates the
HDD number.)
HDD=x SMART: HDD S.M.A.R.T. warning (X indi-
cates the HDD number.)
Cam=xx Video Loss: Video loss (xx indicates the
camera number
Cam=xx Get Signal: Video signal recovered (xx indi-
cates the camera number)
Password Error: Password error
No Disk: No available HDD
