Symptom
Audio is interrupted or

Cause/solution
• Depending on the network traffic, audio may be inter-
rupted or repeated.
• If the PC in use that does not meet the system
requirements, audio may be interrupted.
• The video output may be ahead of the audio output
depending on the operating conditions of the PC to be
used. The audio output can be synchronized to the
video output temporarily by clicking another image
display area and clicking your target area again.
• Check the login status.
• To play the downloaded image file, use the
RT4Viewer.
• The network traffic may be heavy or the bandwidth is
getting narrower.
• Close all applications except RT4Viwer.
• The hard disk in which the images to be played are
stored may be in the stand-by mode. It may take
some time for the hard disk to resume from the stand-
by mode and start playback. This is not malfunction.
• The first operation of frame by frame playback may
sometimes not start depending on the playback oper-
ation just previously made. Click the [Frame by frame
play] button again.
