Display menu keys

The display menu keys are used to access different functions. The
available functions vary depending on the traffic state and category
of the extension. The following key texts and abbreviations are
used for the display menu keys:
Account code
Add to Phone book
Return to previous menu
Call the number displayed
Leave a menu without change
Callback
Change a setting (toggling two modes)
Connect a conference member
To get a new line for conference or transfer
Group call pick-up
Call waiting
Delete an item
Scroll down
Change property of item
Remove last character from display
Exit the displayed menu
Put the call on hold
Intrusion
Log-off from the system
Log-on to the system
