Editing 3D motion pictures

3D motion pictures can be played back by performing the regular
operation procedure. (→55)
Play back 3D motion pictures by selecting thumbnails that have the
3D motion picture icon .
3D motion pictures are played back as 2D motion pictures.

Picture quality differs from a regular AVCHD motion picture.
●
[Highlight Playback] (→105) cannot be used with 3D motion pictures.
You can edit 3D motion pictures you have recorded.
Click [Edit video] on the main window and select [New (Create a
new project)] → [AVCHD]-[3D].

You can edit 3D motion pictures, such as by deleting selected
portions ∗ (→80), dividing or trimming scenes (→73), or adding BGM
for the entire project (→78).

You cannot edit 3D motion pictures by inserting still pictures or
titles, or by adding special effects or transitional effects.
∗ You cannot select [Highlight asstnce] or [Unnec section asstnce] (→83).
