4.1 Installation Procedure
Work through the installation steps in the specified order. The individual steps
are described in detail in the next chapters.

Your PRIMERGY CX122 S1 server is being already assembled into the
PRIMERGY CX1000 and ready to operate.
Make sure that the accompanying documentation (see
overview" on page

Ê Unpack all individual parts.
Keep the original packaging in case you want to transport the server again.
Ê Check whether all the necessary details have been entered on the first page
of the guarantee booklet.
Ê Check whether the items delivered match the delivery note.
Ê Notify your supplier immediately should you discover that the items delivered
do not correspond to the delivery note.
