The trim

of the outboard
motor
can be adjusted
to suit the
stern
angle
of the boat
and the loading
conditions.
Choose
an ap-
propriate
trim angle for the motor
so that the anti-ventilation
plate is
parallel
to water
surface
during
operation.

rod is correct
if the boat is horizontal
dur-
ing operation.
