Step 10
Slide Nylon Washer (151) onto Circular Plate w/ Axle (134) follow by Arm (126).
Slide the Circular Plate Assembly into and through Side Frame (125).
Slide Cam (130) onto Circular Plate w/ Axle (134) and secure using Split Pin (146).
Slide Extension (136) onto Circular Plate w/ Axle (134) and secure using one Chrome Washer (106), one
Washer (102), one Spring Washer (103), and one Bolt (97).
