GRILLEd BABy BOK CHOy WITH
OySTER SAUCE
Serves 4
INGREdIENTS
4 baby bok choy (50g each)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons brown sugar
METHOd
1.
Discard outer leaves of bok choy and
halve lengthways the bok choy, wash
well.
2.
Preheat flat grill plate to
MEDIUM temperature.
3.
Grill and cook bok choy cut side down
for 2 minutes or until tender.
4.
To make oyster sauce combine soy,
oyster sauce, lemon juice and sugar.
5.
Serve with sauce drizzled over bok choy.
