  • Page 63 The H685m series router supports watchdog. The watchdog avoid freezing for H685m. Meanwhile, it built-in PPP checking and DNS checking features, it will automatically check dead-link or fake-link from the network. And besides, there is another IP checking feature to keep alive.

    Solution: 1. Check if the power adapter connector is loose from the router. 2. Try to replace a power adapter. H685m series router uses 9V1.5A or 9V2A or 12V1A or 12V1.5A or 12V2A power adapter with 2.5mm connector 3. Router hardware defeated. Send back to factory for check or repair.
