Subscription

Up to 5 handsets can be subscribed
(registered) on a base.
 The steps described below apply
specifically to your TD 251/252
handset. If you wish to subscribe
handsets from other manufacturers,
the instructions may vary. In this case,
refer to the manual of the
corresponding additional handset.
 The master PIN code is required to
subscribe or unsubscribe handsets.
The default PIN code is 0000.

Subscribing a handset

1. Press and hold the
base for at least 3 seconds, until the
little green LED blinks. You have 60
seconds to register the handset.
On the handset:
2. If the handset is new and the display
shows Subscribe handset. Press
Menu. Subscription is displayed, press
Select.
Or
If the handset has already been
subscribed on another base, the
waiting display is presented. Press
Menu and using  or , select
Subscription and press Select.
3. Subscribe handset is displayed and
press Select.
4. If necessary, and using  or , select
the new base on which you wish to
subscribe your handset and press
Select.
5. Enter the PIN code (the original code
is 0000) and press OK.

The handset is automatically assigned
the next available handset number, for
example 2.

Selecting a base

You can subscribe your TD 251/252
handset on a maximum of 3 bases. You
can switch from one base to another, for
example, home and office bases.
1. Press Menu and using  or , select
Subscription and press Select.
2. Using , select Select base and press
Select.
3. All base numbers are displayed.
(Assigned) is added to the bases on
which the handset was previously
subscribed. Using  or , select the
desired base and press Select.
4. Find base... is displayed followed by
the waiting display of this base.

Unsubscribing a handset

1. Press Menu and using  or , select
Subscription and press Select.
2. Using , select Unsubscribe and
press Select.
3. Enter the PIN code (original code
0000) and press OK.
4. Using  or  select the handset to
unsubscribe and press Select.
5. Press Yes to confirm or No to cancel.
The display confirms the
unsubscription.
