Copying a phonebook entry to
another handset
1. Press .
2. Using  or , access the entry to be
copied. Press Options and using ,
access Copy a name and press Select.
3. To handset is displayed. Press Select.
4. The available handsets are displayed.
Use  or  to access the desired
handset and press Select. Copy
phonebook is displayed on the
destination handset. Press Yes to
confirm or No to cancel. Once the
copy is made, the display shows 1
entry copied.
5. Press Back to return to the previous
level
Note: if an entry with the same name and
number is already stored in the destination
handset, the entry will not be copied.
Copying all phonebook entries to
another handset
1. Press Names.
2. Using  or , access Copy
Phonebook and press Select.
3. To handset is displayed. Press Select.
4. The available handsets are displayed.
Use  or  to access the desired
handset and press Select. Copy
phonebook is displayed on the
destination handset. Press Yes to
confirm or No to cancel. Once the
copy is made, the display shows the
number of entries copied.
5. Press Back to return to the previous
