Handset settings

Attention: When your phone rings, do not hold
the handset too close to your ear, which may
affect your hearing.

Handset melody

1. Press Menu. Using , access
Settings and press Select.
2. With Handset settings highlighted,
press Select.
3. With Melody highlighted, press Select.
4. Using  or , highlight External call
or Internal calls. Press Select to
confirm.
5. Using  or , highlight the desired
melody among the 20 suggestions.
Confirm using Select.
6. Press Back to return to the previous
level.

Ringing volume

1. Press Menu. Using , access
Settings and press Select.
2. With Handset settings highlighted,
press Select.
3. Using  or , highlight Melody
volume and press Select.
4. Display the desired volume using  or
. Press Save to confirm.
5. Press Back to return to the previous
level.

Earpiece volume

1. Press Menu. Using , access
Settings and press Select.
2. With Handset settings highlighted,
press Select.
3. Using  highlight Earpiece volume
and press Select.
4. Using  or , display the desired
volume level. Press Save to confirm.
5. Press Back to return to the previous
level.

Handset name

You can equip the handset with a name,
such as Marie or Room, with a maximum
of 10 characters.
1. Press Menu. Using , access
Settings and press Select.
2. With Handset settings highlighted,
press Select.
3. Press  to find Handset name and
press Select.
4. Enter the name using the keypad.
Press Save to confirm.
5. Press Back to return to the previous
level.

Language selection

1. Press Menu. Using , access
Settings and press Select.
2. With Handset settings highlighted,
press Select.
3. Using  highlight Language and
press Select.
4. Using  or , select the desired
language. Press Select to confirm.
5. Press Back to return to the previous
level.
