CUSTOM QUESTION PASSWORD RECOVERY (OPTIONAL)
Click on the question mark button to enable the Custom Question Password
Recovery feature. The custom question dialog will appear. Enter a custom question and
answer for the user to be prompted in case of a lost password. This is an optional
feature.

ALERT MET HO DS
ALERT METHODS are the methods by which this user can receive alerts such as motion
detection and system alerts. The supported alert sending types are e-mail and SMS.
More than one alert method may be applied per user.
ADD U SER AL ERT
Add User SMS Alert
Click on the + icon to add an alert method. Select the type of alert (email or SMS) then
enter the details as required. Service Provider is the company that offer the cell phone
service and this defines how the alert is sent.
EDIT U SER AL ERT
Double click on any alert method to edit the details.
