Do not remove grounding prong, do not use an adapter, and do not use an extension cord.

Junked or abandoned appliances are still dangerous, even if they will “just sit in the garage a few days”. • Before you throw away your old wine cooler or any appliance: Remove the door. Leave the shelves in place so that children may not easily climb inside.
OPERATION Recommended temperatures for chilling wine: ° ° Red Wines: 15 - 18 C (59 - 64.4 ° ° Dry / White Wines: 9 - 14 C (48.2 - 57.2 ° ° Sparkling Wines: 5 - 8 C (41 - 46.4 These temperatures may vary slightly depending on whether or not the interior light is ON or OFF and whether the bottles are located on the upper/middle or lower section.

Q is the button for changing the Fahrenheit/Celsius scale. The original setting is Fahrenheit. Pressing Q one time will change the display to Celsius. Press one more time and the display will revert to Fahrenheit. When the temperature display shows Celsius, N is lit; when the display shows Fahrenheit, M is lit.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE Cleaning Your Appliance 1. Turn off the power, unplug the appliance, and remove all items including shelves and racks. 2.
