Junked or abandoned appliances are still dangerous, even if they will “just sit in the garage a few days”. Before you throw away your old wine cooler or any appliance: Remove the door. Leave the shelves in place so that children may not easily climb inside. -

OPERATION Recommended temperatures for chilling wine: ° ° Red Wines: 15 - 18 C (59 - 64.4 ° ° Dry / White Wines: 9 - 14 C (48.2 - 57.2 ° ° Sparkling Wines: 5 - 8 C (41 - 46.4 These temperatures may vary slightly depending on whether or not the interior light is ON or OFF and whether the bottles are located on the upper/middle or lower section. - Page 5 Q is the button for changing the Fahrenheit/Celsius scale. The original setting is Fahrenheit. Pressing Q one time will change the display to Celsius. Press one more time and the display will revert to Fahrenheit. When the temperature display shows Celsius, N is lit; when the display shows Fahrenheit, M is lit.
