Step 5 (Install the grease cup and
grease cup support)
a) Hook the grease cup support (F)
into the grooves beneath the
insulation plate.
b) Put the grease cup (E) onto the
grease cup support.
Step 7 (Install doors )
a) Insert the pin on the bottom of left door
(I) into the pre-drilled hole on the left
bottom of front frame (V).
b) Push down the pin on the top of left door
and insert it into the pre-drilled hole on
left top of front frame (V).
c)
Repeat the procedure with the right door
(J) and cart front frame (V).
d) Close the two doors.

Step 4 (Bottom panel assembly)
a) Insert the outstanding parts of bottom panel
(H) into the holes of back panel (T).
b) Press the bottom panel (H), make it
connecting the bottom beam of front rack
(W) closely.
Step 6 (Tank support and tank clip assembly)
a)
Insert the tank clip (G) into the two holes on the cart
bottom panel as shown.
b)
Loosen the two pre-installed bolts on the tank support
(W) and allowed 1/4 bolt's length to extend from tank
support.
c)
Hang the two pre-installed bolts on the hole of right
side panel (U) and push them down to place.
d)
Go back and tighten all the bolts using screwdriver
provided.
