Cleaning the bean container

The bean container must be cleaned regularly to prevent contamination. Ide-
ally this is done when the supply of beans is used up and before new beans
are added.
CAUTION!
There is a danger of damage to the device if
objects fall into the bean feed.
– Switch the device off before starting cleaning.
– Do not let any objects fall into the bean feed.
Here's how to clean the bean container:
1. Switch the device off and disconnect the plug.
2. Wipe the bean container with a dry, lint-free cloth.

In addition to the cleaning messages, the display also shows an appropriate
message in case of a technical fault.
